Meet Vanessa Mendoza
My name is Vanessa Mendoza. I began working for GCI in 2021 as a Billings and Claims Specialist but left to further my educational goals. I came back in 2023 as a Commercial Account Manager. In this role, I handle endorsing, quoting, renewing, and remarketing Commercial policies. I enjoy working with customers to ensure we are always meeting their insurance needs. I have a long background of working in Customer Service starting with being a Shift Supervisor at CVS Pharmacy in 2014. Helping people is my specialty.
Outside of work I enjoy hanging out with my family and going on various adventures with my significant other.
